Mr. Vivek brings 20 years of experiences in Finance, Electronics, Manufacturing, and government relations. He can navigate the complex commercial structures of India with ease. While many foreign firms would benefit from his knowledge in how to create an “Ease of business” environment, Vivek is committed to building Indian businesses and merchants. These commitments are shared by the team, and he is prepared to fight the multi nationals by building a grass roots trade network. Vivek does this by being committed to shareholder value in his fiduciary duties as a leader of ZebaEarth. During his 15 years of career, He does not only have successfully ran different businesses but was also involved with Happy Street Dogs Foundation and now actively supports Bageesha Foundation.
He does not only have his way through numbers but also heart of Animals who can’t have voice of their own. He is also involved with futuristic technology such as Blockchain. This shows his Visionary approach towards social causes and Nation building.
The youngest member of the team and The Director / Founder of Bageesha Foundation brings the Youth perspective and represents India. We believe that if the democracy truly exists then India belongs to the very Youth. Bageesha brings a perspective that is essential to success. She is both the voice of the customer and the voice of the future.She is also the only woman on the team and therefore brings a fresh approach to solving problems. She was a UPSC aspirant who decided not to pursue it because she was convinced that Entrepreneurship and Job creation will be the true service to a young India rather than policy and control. She will also lead ZebaEarth’s efforts to influence policy and propose public private partnership models to the Government of India. Her basic knowledge of the workings of the bureaucracy and her firm belief that nationalism stems from job creation and releasing the youth from the fear of the future will highlight ZebaEarth’s thought leadership. Only part of this will lead to commercial success; however, she shares the values of the directors and is being trained to be the second tier of management that will ensure both the commercial success and commitment to the nation that the founders have pledged.
Dr Sunit Nibheria Mechanical Engineer & Awarded Honorary Degree in Waste to Energy from George Washington University for Peace USA.He brings several years of experience with some of the most well-established white goods industry companies like Kelvinator, Whirlpool, BLP, Samsung, LG etc. Additional to that He has Worked with Renewable Energy Companies like Grow diesel, Assent Bioenergy & Green Brick. Etc. His abilities and experience in technology will help taking ZebaEarth PVT. to whole next level.
